The IBR Mailing List is maintained by the Bears of San Francisco. You can look forward to announcements about IBR as they become available. Planning for IBR starts in July each year. Registration usually opens up in about October. And the event itself is President's Day Weekend in February. Therefore, you can expect that announcements will be made from October through February. You will receive very few, if any, announcements during the months of March through September.
